Introducing the Pye Validator Dashboard
Today we're introducing dashboard.pye.fi, a new app where validators can configure rewards, manage lockups, and track performance all without touching the Solana CLI.
Institutional capital has arrived on Solana. Validators are closing larger deals with more sophisticated delegators — but the infrastructure to manage those relationships commercially hasn't kept up.
There's been no native tooling to structure custom reward arrangements, automate splits across inflation, MEV tips, and block rewards, or track performance across a growing book of delegators. Validators were managing this manually, deal by deal.
The Pye Validator Dashboard is live at dashboard.pye.fi.
The dashboard is where validators issue lockups: time-bound stake accounts with custom commission terms set independently across inflation, MEV, and block rewards. Public lockups are open to any staker on app.pye.fi. Private lockups are scoped to specific wallet addresses — for OTC arrangements or custom terms you don't want on the open marketplace. Lockup creation, node management, team permissions, and performance tracking are all in one account.
"The Validator Dashboard is a CRM and sales platform for new stake products which validators are offering directly to their existing and prospective delegators." — Erik Ashdown, Co-Founder & CEO, Pye
Any structure, on any of your nodes — without touching the vote account
Public, private, or time-limited with a deposit cap: all configurations run on a single node without changing your vote account commission. A promotional lockup offering elevated MEV rewards on the first 5,000 SOL staked is a few fields in the creation form, not an infrastructure project.
Scale operations without sharing keys.
Multiple nodes can be managed within a single organization. Each node supports its own independent set of lockups, with TVL, commission structures, and staker counts tracked separately.
Your full book, in one view
Every active lockup shows TVL, staker count, commission rates across all three reward sources, and projected APY — with separate tabs for public, private, and expired lockups. The built-in calculator lets you model commission structures and projected returns before anything goes on-chain, simulating ‘what if’ scenarios: set your inflation, MEV, and block rates, see the projected APY from a staker's perspective, and adjust before the lockup is created.
Automated reward distribution across every lockup
Custom commission structures require the Pye CLI to calculate and distribute rewards at each epoch boundary — the accounting that most validators don't have the engineering capacity to build themselves. Setup takes around 20 minutes. One CLI instance handles distribution across every lockup on every node in your organization.
Earn fees from lockup trading activity.
As delegators trade positions in the Pye secondary market, validators earn fees from that activity — a new revenue stream tied directly to the stake products they created. The dashboard is where they go to claim these fees.

154+ validators are currently supported on the platform.

About Pye
Pye is a Solana-native protocol for issuing and trading stake accounts. Validators use it to offer stakers custom commission terms — defined rates across inflation, MEV, and block rewards, with set lockup periods — without touching their vote account or spinning up a new node.
